The Society of Porto Public Transports - STCP S.A. -contributes to an efficient metropolitan commutation and presents a competitive alternative to private automobiles by providing the Porto Metropolitan Area with funtional public transport services.
In accordance with the environmental rules our company uses innovative methods to reduce emission of CO2, garantees effiecient use of resources and minimizes the negative impacts of its activity on the environment.
Today 92% of the STCP fleet is equipped with lowerable-floor and 57% with ramps for people on wheelchairs. In addition, all the vehicles are equipped with interior and exterior sound information system and cameras. These facts reflect the company's concern for customers with special needs.
