How  can I buy tickets?

Group tickets - We strongly encourage you to buy group tickets in advance on our website.
Individual ticket - You can purchase ticket in Porto City aboard Yellow Bus or at any of our sale points.We don't make individual reservations online.  

Where can I buy individual tickets? 

The local ticket sales net is indicated on the sale points Map.
See in this page the tab - sale points - to see which of the sales net points has  tickets for the specific circuit you want.

Where can I buy tickets for groups of more than 8 people? 

If you are planning a leisure activity or event in Porto and surrounding area for a group (minimum 8 people), we can help you find the best solution, contact us or make a booking directly on our site.  

Is smoking or drinking allowed aboard your vehicles?

For the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, smoking is not allowed on any of our vehicles. Charter groups may transport unopened alcoholic beverage containers in the luggage bays for use at their destination.

 It is allowed to eat or drink on board the bus Yellow Bus? 

You can consume any food and drink during the journey, provided that care is taken not to leave garbage-strewn or disturb other passengers.  

Are your vehicles handicapped accessible?

Yes. Handicapped accessible vehicles are available. Any passenger requiring an Handicap accessible vehicle must inform us no later than 48 hours prior to departure. Please contact us to make arrangements. In the bus our professionals are always available to give you the help you need. 

 What forms of payment does Stcp Services accept on board 

Aboard Yellow Bus we accept only cash. At points of sale of our partners, resellers and at tourist offices forms of payment may be different.Street  sales associates may accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, and others. 

 Where do the double decker buses stop on your Hop-On Hop-Off tours?

Please see our map for all the stops throughout Uptown, Downtown of Porto. Note that the route map is interactive, you can drag and drop the street  viewer doll for street views and select the bus stops for pictures and information about points of interest along the circuits.  

Can I come in and go out at any stop? 

Yes, the tour operates in an open system Hop-on/Hop-off allowing you to hop on and off the every time and place you want, in the Yellow Bus stops identified along the routes during the period of validity of the ticket. 

 Do your open-top double decker tours operate in the rain?

Yes, our double decker buses run rain or shine. We sell complimentary rain covers on rainy days to help keep you dry and you always have the option to travel in the bottom, covered half of our double decker buses.

 The ticket allows travel only in Oporto City? 

The Yellow Bus ticket in addition to allow travel on buses Yellow Bus, also allows free travel on all buses of the public STCP buses with the ability  to enter and exit at various points in the cities where it operates: Matosinhos, Maia, Gondomar, Oporto and Vila Nova de Gaia. You can see all the places on the map of the route of the Yellow Bus and in the STCP SA website.  

 When do I get my tickets and/or confirmation from an online group purchase?

An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of completing your purchase. Simply print this out, bring it with you on your day of  travel, and follow the printed instructions for redeeming your ticket(s) at our office.

What should I do if I don't receive my confirmation e-mail after making an online purchase?

Please contact us by phone or send an e-mail with your name, date of purchase, correct e-mail address, and your so that we can re-send your confirmation.

 What do I do with my confirmation e-mail from an online group purchase?

Please print out and bring this confirmation e-mail with you on the date of your tour. You must exchange this e-mail for your group ticket(s). 

Where do I pick up my sightseeing tickets that I purchased online?

You should pick up your tickets at our Sightseeing Kiosk located in  Aliados Avenue .

 Are tour tickets purchased from this website refundable?

Tickets purchased online for most of our tours are non-refundable, but many can be used up to one year from date of purchase.

 Do you offer a student discount?

Regrettably we do not offer discounted student tickets to individuals. However, school groups should contact our group sales department for a special price. 

Do you provide bus service between Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport and Porto City?

If you have any valid  yellow bus ticket tour  you are allowed to travel in STCP regular lines. Lines number 56 and 87, also serve the city airport.

The Porto Aerobus from STCP also provides reliable and convenient service between Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport and Porto City every 30 minutes.  

What is the difference between 'Charter Services' and 'Tour Services'?

Group and Charter Services should be used if you only needed a bus to complete your travel plans. The Sightseeing Tours Section of this website allows you to make ticket reservations of your group's tours, or purchase individual seats on a scheduled  sightseeing tour. 

What is a charter and how much do they cost?

A charter is a temporary lease of our vehicle and driver. When a group wants to take a trip somewhere they will reserve a coach for the trip that they have planned. This is a charter. Charter prices depend on the mileage, destination, days of charter service, and coach usage. We invite you to submit a free quote request with no obligation. Chartering is generally a very economical mode of group travel. 

Where do you have authority to travel?

We have the authority to travel across the entire Porto urban area and surrounds. 

What kind of vehicles are available for charter?

We operate modern, clean, and meticulously maintained state-of-the-art Buses,Minibuses, Double Deckers. Submitting a bus renting quote request you will be able to choose from a list of the vehicles generally available in the area you selected. Trams also available.  

Who drives your vehicles?

Our professional drivers are specifically trained to drive the vehicles you have chartered and must complete medical reviews, background checks, driving record checks, training and testing, drug and alcohol testing and safety meetings.We take tremendous pride in our certified services. 

How far ahead should I make arrangements?

It is never too soon to organize your charter. There are some times during the year when we are extremely busy, so book early! 
The weekends are usually the busiest days with football games, holiday shopping, congress meetings, etc. 
Don't hesitate to book even a year in advance. 

Where can I load my bus?

We can load your group anywhere that our vehicle can fit. Some residential streets are narrow, so please take that into consideration when planning your pick-up location. If you want to use a private parking lot, please call the manager of the establishment and get permission from them. 

How can I place advertisements on your buses?

We allow third party advertisements on certain vehicles in selected locations. More information is available from the professional services link at the contacts of our website.
